Booking Conditions
Due
to an increasing number of cancellations we request a £25.00 deposit
payable by credit/debit card from all guests booking with us. Please note that we do not accept personal
cheques. In the event of a cancellation or
a 'no-show' the following policy applies:
1.
In the event that you cancel after
booking you will forfeit your £25.00 deposit.
2.
If you cancel within 10 days of your
stay or fail to turn up we reserve the right to charge you the full value of
the booking.
3.
For block bookings of more than two
rooms we reserve the right to charge the full value of the booking on
cancellation at whatever time.
4.
If we can re-let a room after
cancellation we will give credit for nights re-let, subject to clause No. 1
applying in all cases.
The
balance of the cost of your accommodation is payable on arrival.
Please
note that we reserve the right to charge you for any loss or damage to our
property caused by you or members of your party.
