Booking Conditions
Due
to an increasing number of cancellations we request a £25.00 deposit per room payable by credit/debit card
from all guests booking with us. In the
event of a cancellation or a 'no-show' the following policy applies:
1.
In the event that you cancel after
booking you will forfeit your deposit.
2.
If you cancel within 10 days of your
stay or fail to turn up we reserve the right to charge you the full value of
the booking.
3.
For block bookings of more than two
rooms we reserve the right to charge the full value of the booking on
cancellation at whatever time.
4.
If we can re-let a room after
cancellation we will give credit for nights re-let, subject to clause No. 1
applying in all cases.
General Information
Please
note that the balance of the cost of your accommodation is payable on arrival. We do not accept personal cheques.
Rooms
are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you need access to your room at an earlier
time, you may be charged extra.
We
do not have a dedicated car park, however the
on-street parking outside the pub is not restricted. There is also a free public car park about
200 metres away in
